Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your package, you can return your order subject to the following conditions.

We grant you a voluntary 30-day return policy from receipt of the goods.

Irrespective of this, for orders within the European Union, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies, allowing you to cancel or return your order without stating a reason.

Return Requirements

For a return to be accepted, the item must:


  • be in perfect condition

  • be unused and undamaged

  • be in its original packaging

  • be originally sealed

Please note:

For hygiene reasons, our perfumes are sealed in cellophane (cellophane film).

👉 If the seal has been opened or damaged, a return is not possible.

Returns will be processed in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

After successful inspection, the corresponding purchase amount will be refunded to you.

Initiate a return

To start a return:


  1. Contact us at support@amoralibre.at

    or use the return form ("Go to return form").

  2. After reviewing your request, you will receive:


    a return label


    all further return instructions


❗ Important:

Returns without prior request will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you about the approval of your refund.


  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Please note that processing by your bank may take additional time.

Damages or issues

Please inspect your order upon reception.

If the item is:


  • defective or damaged

  • you receive the wrong item

please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damaged Delivery

If your perfume arrived damaged, please send us:


  • 4 pictures (front, back, top, bottom)

  • a short description of the condition upon arrival

  • your name and order number

We will take care of it as quickly as possible.

Received wrong size

Did you receive the wrong size (e.g. 100 ml instead of 50 ml)?

Please send us an email to:

support@amoralibre.at

with the subject line: "WRONG SIZE"

Your request will be forwarded directly to the responsible department.

Exchange

A direct exchange is not possible.
