1. GENERAL
These General Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through the AMORALIBRE online store operated by AMORALIBRE BEAUTY.
By placing an order through our online store, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms apply to purchases made by consumers and, where applicable, business customers.
AMORALIBRE reserves the right to amend these Terms where necessary. The version applicable at the time the order is placed shall govern the respective purchase.

3. PRODUCTS
AMORALIBRE offers fragrances, beauty products and related products through its online store.
All product descriptions, images and specifications are provided to describe the products as accurately as reasonably possible.
Due to screen settings, lighting and photographic conditions, slight variations in colour or visual appearance may occur.
The availability of individual products is displayed on the respective product page.
AMORALIBRE reserves the right to discontinue products, modify product availability or limit quantities where reasonably necessary.
4. PRICES
All prices displayed in the online store are stated in the applicable currency and include statutory VAT where required by applicable law.
Shipping costs and any additional charges applicable to the order are displayed during the checkout process before the order is completed.
For international orders, additional duties, taxes, customs charges or import fees may apply depending on the destination country and local regulations.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, such charges are not included in the product price.
5. ORDER & CONTRACT FORMATION
The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By submitting an order through the checkout process, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
The purchase contract is concluded when AMORALIBRE accepts the order, generally by sending an order confirmation by email.
AMORALIBRE reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where there are legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity or technical errors.
If an order is cancelled after payment has already been received, the amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
6. PAYMENT
AMORALIBRE accepts the payment methods displayed during checkout.
Payment must be completed using one of the available payment methods before the order is processed, unless another payment arrangement has been expressly agreed.
Payment providers may apply their own terms and conditions and privacy policies.
AMORALIBRE does not store complete payment card information where payment processing is handled by external payment providers.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are processed and dispatched through AMORALIBRE's fulfillment and shipping partners.
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and applicable shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside AMORALIBRE's reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, regulatory requirements and periods of exceptionally high demand.
For international shipments, customs procedures, duties, taxes and other import requirements may apply.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
AMORALIBRE is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
AMORALIBRE offers international shipping to selected destinations.
The availability of shipping depends on the destination, applicable regulations, carrier requirements and the nature of the products ordered.
Certain AMORALIBRE products, including alcohol-based fragrances, may be subject to specific transportation and dangerous-goods requirements.
International shipments may therefore be subject to additional restrictions or carrier requirements.
Customers are responsible for complying with the import regulations applicable in their country.
Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL / RETURNS
Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for qualifying distance contracts under applicable Austrian and EU consumer law.
The withdrawal period generally begins when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer, takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must clearly inform AMORALIBRE of the decision to withdraw from the contract within the applicable withdrawal period.
The customer may use the applicable withdrawal form provided by AMORALIBRE, but is not required to use a specific form provided the withdrawal is clearly communicated.

10. SEALED FRAGRANCE & HYGIENE PRODUCTS
For reasons of hygiene and health protection, the statutory right of withdrawal may cease to apply to certain sealed goods where the seal has been removed after delivery, insofar as the applicable legal requirements for this exception are met.
This may apply in particular to certain fragrance and cosmetic products where the product has been unsealed after delivery.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
11. RETURNS
Returned products must be sent to the return address provided by AMORALIBRE.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by AMORALIBRE, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs where the customer exercises the statutory right of withdrawal.
Products should be returned securely packaged and, where possible, in their original packaging.
The customer is responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, subject to applicable law.
12. REFUNDS
Where a withdrawal is validly exercised, AMORALIBRE will refund payments received in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Where applicable, AMORALIBRE may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or the customer has provided evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
13. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
AMORALIBRE is committed to delivering products of the quality and condition reasonably expected from the respective product.
If a product is defective, damaged or does not correspond to the contractual requirements, the customer should contact support@amoralibre.at as soon as reasonably possible and provide the relevant order information and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue.
Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
AMORALIBRE will assess the matter and provide the remedy required under applicable law.
14. STATUTORY WARRANTY
Consumers are entitled to the statutory warranty rights applicable to the purchased goods.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory statutory consumer rights.
Where a product does not meet the legally required or contractually agreed characteristics, the customer may have statutory remedies available under applicable law.
15. PRODUCT USE
AMORALIBRE products should be used only as intended and in accordance with the product information and applicable instructions.
Customers should review product labels and ingredient information before use.
Products should be kept away from children where appropriate and stored according to the instructions provided with the product.
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content appearing on the AMORALIBRE website, including trademarks, logos, product names, photography, designs, graphics, text and other brand materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, commercially exploited or otherwise used without the prior written permission of AMORALIBRE, except where permitted by law.
AMORALIBRE and its associated brand assets remain the property of their respective rights holder.
17. LIABILITY
AMORALIBRE is liable in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.
AMORALIBRE shall not be responsible for interruptions, delays or failures caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, customs procedures, governmental measures, natural events, technical failures or other force majeure circumstances, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, payment and delivery information.
Customers are also responsible for complying with applicable laws and import requirements in their country of residence when placing an international order.
AMORALIBRE may contact customers where additional information is reasonably required to process or deliver an order.
19. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
A choice of Austrian law may not deprive consumers of mandatory protections afforded by the law of their country of residence where such protections apply.
20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & CONSUMER RIGHTS
AMORALIBRE aims to resolve customer concerns directly and efficiently.

Mandatory statutory rights regarding consumer complaints, dispute resolution and available legal remedies remain unaffected.
Where applicable, information regarding available out-of-court dispute resolution procedures will be provided in accordance with applicable law.
21. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected to the extent legally permitted.
