Company Structure
AMORALIBRE e.U. is a legally registered company in Austria, based in Lower Austria.
Administrative activities and customer support are carried out from the company headquarters in Austria.
Production, warehousing, and shipping are handled by our logistics facility in Germany.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday).
Orders received before 2:00 PM (CET) are usually shipped on the same business day.
Orders received after 2:00 PM will be processed on the following business day.
There is no entitlement to same-day shipping.
Delivery Area & Delivery Times
Shipping is available to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Delivery Times:
- Germany: 1–2 business days
- Austria & Switzerland: 1–3 business days
The delivery period begins upon handover of the goods to the shipping service provider.
Delivery time information is non-binding unless otherwise expressly agreed upon in writing.
Shipping Service Provider
Shipping is carried out by external logistics service providers.
All shipments are sent with tracking.
The choice of shipping service provider is made by AMORALIBRE.
Transfer of Risk
With the handover of the goods to the shipping service provider, the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration passes to the buyer, to the extent legally permissible.
Liability
AMORALIBRE is not liable for delays caused by the shipping service provider, force majeure, official measures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Further claims by the customer are excluded, to the extent legally permissible.
Delivery Address
The customer is obliged to provide a correct and complete delivery address.
No liability is assumed for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information.
Customs & Import (Switzerland)
For deliveries to Switzerland, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These are to be borne by the recipient.

All delivery and shipping processes comply with the applicable legal provisions of the European Union.
The place of jurisdiction and applicable law are governed by the legal provisions of the Republic of Austria.
