1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the AMORALIBRE website, online store, digital services and the purchase of products offered through AMORALIBRE.
Throughout these Terms, the terms "AMORALIBRE," "we," "us" and "our" refer to the operator of the AMORALIBRE online store and the AMORALIBRE brand, as identified in the applicable legal notice.
The terms "you" and "your" refer to any visitor, customer or other person accessing or using the Services.
By accessing or using the Services, or by placing an order through the AMORALIBRE online store, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services or purchasing AMORALIBRE products.
Mandatory rights and protections available to consumers under applicable law remain unaffected.
2. ABOUT AMORALIBRE
AMORALIBRE is an international perfume and beauty brand headquartered in Austria, near Vienna.
AMORALIBRE develops, markets and distributes perfumes and selected beauty and personal care products under the AMORALIBRE brand identity.
Products may be offered to customers in selected international markets, subject to product availability, delivery destinations, legal requirements and other applicable restrictions.
Further legally required information regarding the operator of the online store is available in the applicable Legal Notice.
3. SCOPE AND APPLICATION
These Terms apply to the use of the AMORALIBRE website, online store and related digital services and to orders placed directly through AMORALIBRE.
Additional policies, notices or terms may apply to specific activities, products, promotions or services.
These may include our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Withdrawal Policy and other terms made available through the Services.
Where specific terms expressly apply to a particular promotion, product or service, those specific terms shall govern the relevant matter to the extent of any expressly differing provision.
4. ELIGIBILITY AND USE OF THE SERVICES
You may use the Services only in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
Where legal capacity or a minimum age is required to enter into a binding purchase agreement, you must satisfy the applicable requirements in your jurisdiction.
If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorised to act on behalf of that entity.
You are responsible for ensuring that information provided to AMORALIBRE is accurate, current and complete.
The Services may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or unauthorised purposes.
5. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
Certain features of the Services may allow or require the creation of a customer account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for taking reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access to your account.
You must provide accurate and current account information.
You should notify AMORALIBRE without undue delay if you become aware of suspected unauthorised access to or use of your account.
Customer accounts may not be sold, transferred or made available to third parties for unauthorised commercial use.
AMORALIBRE may restrict or suspend account access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the Services, transactions or the security of AMORALIBRE.
6. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
AMORALIBRE takes reasonable care to present product information accurately.
Product names, descriptions, ingredients, sizes, packaging information and other product details are provided for general product identification and purchasing purposes.
We may update product descriptions, packaging, presentation or other non-essential product information where reasonably necessary.
The product information applicable to a purchase is the information made available in connection with the relevant product and order at the applicable time.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory information obligation imposed by applicable law.
7. FRAGRANCE, BEAUTY AND PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS
AMORALIBRE products may include perfume, deodorant, shower and body products and other fragrance or beauty products.
Individual perception of fragrance, scent development and sensory characteristics may vary between individuals and may be affected by skin, application, environment and other individual factors.
Descriptions of fragrance character, notes, atmosphere, intensity or sensory impression are intended to communicate the creative and olfactory character of a product.
Such descriptions do not constitute a guarantee that every individual will perceive a fragrance or product in an identical manner.
Products should be used in accordance with the applicable product information, labelling and instructions.
Customers should review relevant ingredient and product information before use, particularly where they have known sensitivities or allergies.
Mandatory product safety and consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. PRODUCT IMAGES AND PRESENTATION
We take reasonable care to present AMORALIBRE products accurately through images and digital content.
The appearance of colours, finishes, transparency, reflections, packaging and other visual characteristics may vary depending on device type, screen settings, lighting and display configuration.
Minor visual differences that do not affect the essential characteristics of the product may occur.
Product images may include styling, lighting, props or creative presentation for illustrative purposes.
The product description and applicable order information should be reviewed together with product imagery before purchase.
9. AVAILABILITY AND PRODUCT LIMITATIONS
All products are subject to availability.
AMORALIBRE may limit product quantities, purchase quantities or product availability where reasonably necessary.
Certain products, collections or services may be available only in selected countries, regions or markets.
The display of a product through the Services does not guarantee continued or unlimited availability.
AMORALIBRE may discontinue products or modify its product offering at any time, subject to existing accepted orders and applicable law.
10. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
The presentation of products through the AMORALIBRE online store does not, by itself, constitute a binding offer by AMORALIBRE.
By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products under the conditions displayed during checkout and these Terms.
After an order has been submitted, you may receive an electronic confirmation acknowledging receipt of the order.
An acknowledgement of receipt does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the order unless expressly stated otherwise.
A purchase contract is concluded when AMORALIBRE accepts the order through an order acceptance or shipping confirmation, or otherwise clearly confirms acceptance of the transaction.
Mandatory rules regarding electronic contract formation remain unaffected.
11. ORDER REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE
AMORALIBRE reserves the right to review orders before acceptance.
An order may be refused or cancelled before acceptance where reasonably justified, including in cases of product unavailability, apparent pricing or product information errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, unusual order activity, legal or regulatory restrictions or delivery limitations.
We may contact you where additional information is reasonably required to review or process an order.
If an order cannot be accepted after payment has already been received, amounts paid for the affected order will be refunded in accordance with applicable law and the relevant payment process.
Nothing in this section permits AMORALIBRE to restrict mandatory consumer rights.
12. PRICES, CURRENCIES AND TAXES
Prices are displayed in the currency shown through the Services or during checkout.
The price applicable to an order is the price displayed and confirmed during the checkout process, subject to the correction of obvious errors and applicable law.
Prices may vary between markets, currencies, sales channels or authorised retailers.
Where applicable, prices may include or exclude taxes depending on the destination, market and legal requirements.
Shipping charges and other applicable charges will be displayed or otherwise communicated before completion of the order where required by law.
Currency conversion, exchange rates or fees applied by banks, card issuers or payment providers may be determined independently by those providers.
13. PROMOTIONS, OFFERS AND DISCOUNT CODES
AMORALIBRE may offer promotions, promotional prices, gifts, samples, discount codes or other limited offers.
Promotions may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, dates, product restrictions, market restrictions or other conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers may not be combined.
Discount codes have no cash value and may not be sold, transferred or reproduced for unauthorised commercial purposes.
AMORALIBRE may refuse or cancel the unauthorised, fraudulent or abusive use of a promotion or discount code.
Where specific promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional terms shall govern the relevant promotion.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
14. PAYMENT
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may vary by market, currency, device or transaction.
By selecting a payment method, you represent that you are authorised to use the relevant payment instrument or account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information.
Payment authorisation, verification and processing may be carried out by independent payment service providers, financial institutions or other payment partners.
AMORALIBRE may delay order acceptance or fulfilment where payment authorisation or required transaction verification has not been completed.
Payment-related processing is also subject to the applicable terms and requirements of the selected payment provider.
15. KLARNA AND THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT SERVICES
Where Klarna or another third-party payment method is available at checkout, the relevant payment service is provided subject to the applicable provider's eligibility requirements, terms and privacy practices.
The availability of a particular payment method does not guarantee approval or eligibility for that payment method.
Payment providers may conduct identity, eligibility, risk, fraud prevention or credit-related assessments where permitted by applicable law.
AMORALIBRE does not independently control decisions made by third-party payment providers regarding payment approval, financing or payment method availability.
Questions concerning a payment provider's independent payment decision or service should be directed to the relevant provider.
16. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
AMORALIBRE ships to selected destinations displayed or otherwise supported through the online store.
Available delivery methods, estimated delivery periods and applicable shipping charges are provided during checkout or through the applicable Shipping Policy.
Delivery periods are estimates unless a binding delivery date has been expressly agreed or is required under applicable law.
Orders may be processed and delivered through independent fulfilment providers, warehouses and carriers.
Delays may occur as a result of customs procedures, carrier operations, weather, public measures, peak periods or other circumstances affecting delivery.
AMORALIBRE will handle delivery obligations in accordance with applicable law.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information may be charged where permitted by applicable law and reasonably attributable to the customer.
17. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import requirements, taxes, duties or charges imposed by the destination jurisdiction.
The treatment of taxes, duties and import charges may depend on the destination and the delivery terms applicable to the order.
Where such charges are not included in the amount collected by AMORALIBRE during checkout, they may be assessed separately by customs authorities, carriers or other competent parties.
The customer is responsible for charges lawfully imposed on the recipient where this has been appropriately disclosed and is permitted by applicable law.
Customs procedures may affect delivery times.
AMORALIBRE does not control independent customs authorities or their processing periods.
18. RISK OF LOSS
For purchases by consumers, the risk of loss of or damage to products passes in accordance with applicable mandatory consumer law.
Where applicable European consumer law governs the transaction, risk generally passes when the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the products.
Where the customer independently commissions a carrier that was not offered by AMORALIBRE, different statutory rules may apply.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory statutory rules regarding the transfer of risk.
19. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders are processed promptly and cancellation may not always be possible after an order has entered fulfilment or shipping preparation.
If you wish to request cancellation, please contact AMORALIBRE as soon as possible.
A cancellation request does not guarantee that an order can be stopped before dispatch.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, your ability to exercise that right remains unaffected by this section.
If AMORALIBRE cancels an accepted order, amounts paid for the affected products will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
20. RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS
Returns, withdrawal rights and applicable return procedures are governed by the AMORALIBRE Return and Withdrawal Policy and applicable law.
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain distance contracts.
For consumers in the European Union, applicable law generally provides a fourteen-day withdrawal period for qualifying distance contracts, subject to statutory conditions and exceptions. (Rat der Europäischen Union)
The exercise of statutory withdrawal rights is not subject to AMORALIBRE granting discretionary approval.
Certain products or circumstances may be subject to statutory exceptions from the right of withdrawal.
Please review the applicable Return and Withdrawal Policy before returning a product.
Mandatory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
21. REFUNDS
Approved or legally required refunds are processed using the applicable refund procedure.
Unless otherwise required by law or technically necessary due to the relevant payment service, refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.
The time required for a refund to appear in a customer's account may depend on banks, card issuers and payment service providers.
AMORALIBRE does not control the independent processing periods of financial institutions after a refund has been properly submitted.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory statutory refund periods.
22. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or materially different from the product ordered, please contact AMORALIBRE without undue delay.
We may request reasonable information concerning the affected product and order, including photographs or other information necessary to assess the matter.
Any request for information is intended to support the efficient review of the relevant issue and does not limit mandatory statutory rights.
Where a statutory remedy applies, the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
23. STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Consumers may have statutory rights concerning conformity of goods, defects, remedies, withdrawal, refunds and other matters.
A commercial guarantee, voluntary return arrangement or customer service policy does not replace statutory consumer rights unless expressly permitted by applicable law.
Where mandatory consumer law conflicts with these Terms, the mandatory legal provision shall prevail.
24. PERSONAL USE AND RESALE
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, products purchased through the AMORALIBRE online store are intended for personal use.
You may not purchase products for unauthorised commercial resale, systematic redistribution or export in violation of applicable law or AMORALIBRE's authorised distribution arrangements.
AMORALIBRE may review or refuse orders that reasonably appear to involve unauthorised commercial resale, fraudulent purchasing activity or systematic circumvention of purchase limitations.
Nothing in this section restricts lawful consumer rights concerning products already lawfully acquired where such rights cannot be restricted under applicable law.
25. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their content, including trademarks, trade names, logos, product names, product presentation, text, graphics, images, video, audio, designs, layouts and other materials, may be protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.
Such rights are owned by AMORALIBRE, the respective lawful rights holder or applicable licensors.
Access to the Services does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.
Except as expressly permitted by applicable law or authorised in writing by AMORALIBRE, protected materials may not be reproduced, modified, distributed, publicly displayed, commercially exploited or used to create derivative materials.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
26. AMORALIBRE BRAND ASSETS
The AMORALIBRE name, logos, product names, packaging designs, visual identity, campaign materials and other distinctive brand elements form part of the AMORALIBRE brand identity and proprietary assets.
Use of AMORALIBRE brand assets for commercial, promotional, misleading or unauthorised purposes is not permitted without prior authorisation.
Nothing in these Terms grants a licence to use AMORALIBRE trademarks or other brand assets except where expressly stated.
Separate written agreements concerning creators, affiliates, commercial partners or other authorised users may grant limited rights of use within the scope of the relevant agreement.
27. REVIEWS, FEEDBACK AND USER CONTENT
You may have the opportunity to submit reviews, comments, feedback, images, messages or other content to AMORALIBRE or through the Services.
You remain responsible for content you submit and represent that you have the rights necessary to provide that content.
Submitted content must not be unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, infringing, fraudulent or otherwise in violation of applicable law or the rights of third parties.
Where you voluntarily submit content for publication or public display, you grant AMORALIBRE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display and use that content for the operation, presentation and promotion of AMORALIBRE and its products, subject to applicable law and any mandatory personality, privacy or consumer rights.
This licence applies only to rights you are legally able to grant.
AMORALIBRE may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary for legal, security, platform integrity or policy reasons.
AMORALIBRE is not required to publish or respond to submitted feedback or reviews.
28. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes.
You must not use the Services to commit fraud, violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, impersonate another person, transmit malicious code, interfere with security systems or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or information.
You must not use the Services in a manner intended to disrupt, damage or materially impair the Services or the lawful use of the Services by others.
You must not knowingly submit false, deceptive or materially misleading information.
AMORALIBRE may take reasonable technical or organisational measures to protect the Services against prohibited use.
29. AUTOMATED ACCESS, SCRAPING AND DIGITAL AGENTS
Except where expressly authorised by AMORALIBRE or permitted by mandatory law, you may not use automated systems to systematically extract, scrape, reproduce or commercially exploit substantial parts of the Services or AMORALIBRE content.
Automated access must not circumvent technical restrictions, security controls, access limitations or other measures intended to protect the Services.
Digital agents, automated purchasing systems or comparable technologies must not be used for fraudulent activity, unauthorised resale, circumvention of purchase limitations or disruption of the Services.
AMORALIBRE may restrict automated access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, customers, product availability or intellectual property rights.
Nothing in this section prohibits conduct that AMORALIBRE cannot lawfully restrict under applicable law.
30. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Services may contain links to or integrations with websites, platforms or services operated by third parties.
Third-party services are independently operated and may be subject to separate terms and privacy practices.
AMORALIBRE does not control the independent content, availability, security or practices of third-party services.
Access to a third-party service is at your discretion and subject to the applicable third-party terms.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
31. SHOPIFY
The AMORALIBRE online store is supported by ecommerce technology and infrastructure provided by Shopify.
Purchases made directly through the AMORALIBRE online store are transactions between the customer and AMORALIBRE, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shopify provides technology and infrastructure supporting the operation of the online store but is not the seller of AMORALIBRE products solely by reason of providing those services.
Certain aspects of the Services may also be subject to applicable Shopify technology, platform or privacy requirements.
Further information regarding personal information processed in connection with the online store is available in the AMORALIBRE Privacy Policy.
32. PRIVACY
Personal information is processed in accordance with the AMORALIBRE Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
The Privacy Policy explains the categories of personal information that may be collected, the purposes and legal bases of processing, relevant disclosures, international transfers and privacy rights.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that the AMORALIBRE Privacy Policy has been made available to you.
Where consent is legally required for a specific processing activity, consent will be obtained separately in accordance with applicable law.
33. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
AMORALIBRE aims to maintain the availability and functionality of the Services.
However, uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, security events, third-party infrastructure, updates or circumstances outside the reasonable control of AMORALIBRE.
AMORALIBRE may modify, maintain or update the Services where reasonably necessary.
Mandatory obligations relating to accepted orders and consumer rights remain unaffected.
34. ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, technical inaccuracies or omissions.
AMORALIBRE may correct errors and update information where reasonably necessary.
Where an error materially affects an order, price or product information, the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
AMORALIBRE will not rely on this section to remove mandatory consumer rights or enforce an obviously erroneous term where prohibited by applicable law.
35. FRAUD, MISUSE AND SECURITY
AMORALIBRE may review transactions, accounts or activity where there are reasonable indications of fraud, misuse, unauthorised access or security risk.
We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify a transaction, customer or payment-related activity.
Orders or account activity may be temporarily restricted while a reasonable security or fraud review is conducted.
AMORALIBRE may refuse transactions involving confirmed fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Relevant matters may be reported to payment providers, financial institutions or competent authorities where required or permitted by law.
36. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as available" basis.
AMORALIBRE does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, permanently available or entirely free from technical errors.
General information provided through the Services does not constitute professional medical, legal or other regulated advice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory warranties, conformity rights or other mandatory consumer protections.
Any disclaimer in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
37. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
AMORALIBRE shall be liable in accordance with applicable mandatory law.
To the extent permitted by law, AMORALIBRE shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control or from independent third-party services for which AMORALIBRE is not legally responsible.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
In particular, mandatory liability relating to intentional conduct, gross negligence, personal injury, product liability or other non-excludable statutory matters remains unaffected to the extent required by applicable law.
Consumer rights and mandatory remedies remain unaffected.
38. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, users acting in a commercial or professional capacity shall indemnify AMORALIBRE against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs directly resulting from their unlawful use of the Services, infringement of third-party rights or material breach of these Terms.
This section does not impose an indemnification obligation on consumers where such an obligation would be prohibited, unfair or unenforceable under applicable consumer law.
AMORALIBRE reserves the right to participate in the defence of a qualifying third-party claim.
39. FORCE MAJEURE
AMORALIBRE shall not be responsible for delay or failure in performance to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control and subject to applicable law.
Such circumstances may include material disruptions affecting transport, logistics, customs, payment infrastructure, digital platforms, communications, energy supply or other essential infrastructure, as well as governmental measures, natural events or comparable extraordinary circumstances.
AMORALIBRE will take reasonable measures required by applicable law in response to affected contractual obligations.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
40. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
AMORALIBRE may restrict, suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary due to material breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, fraud, security risk or misuse of the Services.
Where appropriate and legally required, reasonable notice or an opportunity to address the relevant issue may be provided.
Termination or restriction of access does not affect rights or obligations that arose before the effective date of termination.
Provisions which by their nature are intended to survive termination shall remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
41. GOVERNING LAW
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and contractual relationships arising directly from orders placed with AMORALIBRE shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria.
Where you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply under the law of your habitual residence where such protections cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.
Mandatory statutory provisions remain unaffected.
42. CONSUMER JURISDICTION
Any jurisdiction or venue provision shall apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Consumers may have the right to bring proceedings before courts available to them under mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to waive a mandatory right to bring a claim before a competent court available under applicable law.
For commercial customers, separate jurisdiction arrangements may apply where expressly agreed or legally permitted.
43. SEVERABILITY

44. NO WAIVER
A failure or delay by AMORALIBRE in exercising a right or remedy does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.

The exercise of one right or remedy does not prevent the exercise of another available right or remedy.
45. ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign contractual rights or obligations arising from the Services in violation of applicable law or without required consent.
